  • 7~8 sheets Beet Dumpling Wrappers (Alternative color variations: Kale, Spinach, Pumpkin)

Toppings

  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Dipping Sauce by preference

Instructions

  • Cut the dumpling skins into quarters.
  • Heat oil to 302°F (150°C) and deep-fry the dumplings for about 2 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
  • Remove from oil and sprinkle with salt as you like.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
