Instructions
Cut the dumpling skins into quarters.
Heat oil to 302°F (150°C) and deep-fry the dumplings for about 2 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
Remove from oil and sprinkle with salt as you like.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
